Get out this summer and get your butt kicked at boot camp on the beach! Lose weight, gain strength and feel amazing! We use interval training, bodyweight exercises and cardio drills. Train with kettle bells, dumbbells, boxing gloves and my favorite- a big ol' tractor tire. Always different routine and always fun.
